Hylands Students Prepare for Silver Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions

Last week, Silver Duke of Edinburgh pupils dedicated half a day to planning their routes for the upcoming practice weekend in Roxwell and the assessment weekend in Sussex. Their hard work and teamwork will be essential in navigating these challenges successfully.

Hylands is proud to have 17 pupils signed up for the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award and an impressive 32 pupils for the Bronze Award. It’s fantastic to see so many students taking on this adventure and developing valuable life skills.

The Bronze participants will have their planning day in March, where they will focus on mapping out their routes in preparation for their expedition.
