Online Payments
ParentPay
At Hylands School we are a cashless site. Instead we use ParentPay to pay for catering, school trips, locker fees, school fund and additional items.
We use ParentPay because:
- It reduces the risks associated with students carrying cash
- Allows parents to pay online with a secure server encryption date at a time convenient to them.
- It enables parents to monitor food and drink purchased at school.
Details of how to set up your child’s account will be sent to you closer to September. If you have more than one child at our school or children at another ParentPay school, you can create one single account login for all your children regardless of which school they Attend.
Making a payment is easy: Simply select the item to pay and follow the instructions to complete the payment. You can pay for multiple items during a single online session. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payment to view at a later date should you wish. No card details are stored in any part of the system.
We encourage all parents and carers to use ParentPay to make payments for our cashless catering system, trips, activities, and resources.
For details on how to use ParentPay account, please.
