Dance East Workshop

The Dance department invited pupils from Y8 and Y9 to be involved in a whole day of Dance!

The day started with pupils having the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas for their street dance group piece with Miss Smith. We then had a visiting professional dancer and choreographer from ‘Dance East’ work with the pupils on their technique and creating choreography.The afternoon will result in pupils rehearsing and putting their final ideas together ready for the ‘Feb Fest’ showcase in 2 weeks time! A huge well done to all involved- I have seen excellent attitude to learning and fantastic dance ideas from all involved!
