Here is what’s happening in Art….

All year groups have been brushing up on observation skills and drawing their hands as a starter and reminder task of the formal elements, here are just a few examples of work…

Coming soon in Art@Hylands …year 9 will be designing a mural to celebrate Black History Month in October, there will be competitions, maybe a trip or two, and Art club!

Our Year 11 GCSE students have been hard at work this week strengthening their portfolios of work. A variety of techniques including mainly observation studies but also a little pointillism!
