One of our priorities is to support pupils most in need. TKAT ACE - a champion for every child - plays a key role in that. This is a unique and innovative pastoral mentoring programme that provides a dedicated and specially trained 1:1 tutor for disadvantaged pupils and their families. Role: to support our staff and students by ensuring that behaviour and attendance is the best it can be; working closely with Mr White and the wellbeing team to reduce incidents of disruptive behaviour, increase the ways in which we celebrate success and improve attendance so every child has access to the education and personal development they are entitled to receive.
