One of our priorities is to support pupils most in need. TKAT ACE - a champion for every child - plays a key role in that. This is a unique and innovative pastoral mentoring programme that provides a dedicated and specially trained 1:1 tutor for disadvantaged pupils and their families. Hylands Helper students can apply to be part of the ‘Hylands Helpers’ scheme from January of Year 7.
Students will be able to help support community projects and also be part of the transition process for the following year.
