The school hockey team played in an Essex schools hockey tournament last week. The final match was between Chelmsford County High and Hylands. A very close first half saw it 0-0 until the last 30 seconds when CCHS snuck a ball in the near post.

CCHS had a strong second half and our inexperience on a full pitch showed and CCHS took the win easily in the end.

It was out first time playing 11 aside hockey and we were runners up, the team should be very proud.

Leon was voted player of the match by the opposition and his team mates.
