Behaviour for Learning
Learning Behaviour Guide for Parents and Students
Success at Hylands School depends, not only on learning in lessons. It also depends on the development of self-control, self-awareness and ability to consider others (respect). In following the school rules students will exercise these personal qualities. The rules and expectations are based on the principle that respect and responsibilities lie at the heart of the school’s practice. Poor behaviour cannot be tolerated because it denies the right of students to learn and teachers to teach.
